This website and some of its materials come from a project which involved four Virginia municipalities: Virginia Beach, Newport News, Woodstock and Lexington. In 2013, there was a spring kickoff webinar and that summer we provided technical assistance to these municipalities. During the Fall of 2013, the UTC workshop was held and the municipalities presented their findings and plans for the future. A Planning Guide was created from the case studies of these municipalities.
